Run For Her – Virtual Race 2024

Join the Run For Her Virtual Race, hosted by Women For Change, and make every step count. This fundraising event lets you run or walk anywhere, anytime, while honouring every woman we have lost due to femicide in South Africa.

Every Step Against GBVF
Dedicate every kilometre to the 3,800 women tragically murdered in 2023. Whether you run solo, with friends, or with family, your participation helps raise awareness and funds for GBV survivors.

Date: Run, walk, hike, cycle, or swim any distance on any day during 2024.

Location: The best of a Virtual Race is that you can choose your route. Take a hike, stroll through your neighbourhood, hit the gym, or run along the beach – you decide. Do it solo, with your bestie, boyfriend, colleagues or family.

Distance: Cover any distance that feels meaningful to you. Every kilometre is dedicated to one of the 3,800 women tragically murdered in 2023.

This is for our international supporters. Donate the ticket price, and we will email you a printable Run For Her Race Bib and our GBV Booklet for your virtual race.
